Setting you up to succeed, so that you can find your own answers on the inside, apply what you discover on the outside and live a more peaceful, purposeful and fulfilling life.

Most people experience stress at some point in their lives. Depending on the level of severity, it can detrimentally impact your quality of life. Although stress and anxiety share many of the same emotional and physical symptoms they have very different origins. Determining which one you’re experiencing can help you realise and release the origin, which has a powerful impact on how you experience your current reality.

How will you benefit by taking this course?

  • In this course you will gain an understanding of how your mind and your emotions have been patterned, linked and attached to your stress responses.

  • You will gain awareness as to why you react personally to certain triggers in your outer experience.

  • Once you have this awareness, you will then be able to realise the origin, which automatically brings a release and a powerful change to the original stress response.

  • Once these powerful changes have integrated, you will be able to experience your outer world without your stress responses being triggered, even when challenging moments arise!

  • There are relaxation practices included which help you monitor your triggers and can also be used as coping strategies whilst you process the information that arises.

  • You will generally feel calmer and more relaxed doing the exact same things that you used to without the stressful feelings.

Ending explanation note

Every course is designed to enable you to realise the root of the problem. Alignment is a process of realisation, as without the realisation of the origin it cannot be fully released, that is when true transformation takes place!
